Cyber Secure Bihar
Cyber Secure Bihar is a cyber safety awareness initiative dedicated to educating citizens, students, parents, and teachers about online safety and cybercrime prevention.
The campaign focuses on spreading awareness about OTP fraud, UPI scams, fake loan apps, social media fraud, cyberbullying, and other digital threats through workshops, school programs, quizzes, and community outreach activities.
Our mission is to promote responsible digital behavior, strengthen cyber awareness, and encourage timely reporting of cybercrime through the National Cyber Helpline – 1930, helping build a safer and more secure digital Bihar.

Abhinav Das is a tech entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in building ventures across Digital Marketing, E-Governance, and AgriTech sectors.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Rohtak in Digital Marketing and Analytics, he is the founder of Intenext Solutions Private Limited, Patna SMS, and Patnakart — initiatives focused on innovation, rural empowerment, and digital transformation.
Through his work on citizen-facing digital platforms and governance projects across Bihar, Abhinav closely witnessed the growing impact of cybercrime, online fraud, phishing, impersonation, and digital misinformation.
